Development History

The Group’s predecessor was founded in Los Angeles, California.

The first self-operated warehouse was launched, marking the Group’s entry into the overseas warehousing market.

Opened a self-operated warehouse in New York State.

Opened a self-operated warehouse in Chicago, bringing the total area of self-operated warehouses to 200,000 square feet.

Secured several million U.S. dollars in strategic investment.

Opened a self-operated warehouse in Houston.

Relocated and expanded the self-operated warehouse from New York State to New Jersey, increasing its area to 220,000 square feet.

Established the Central China Branch in Changsha.

Launched the Chinese Brands Go-Global Program, helping several well-known Chinese brands establish their U.S. market presence.

Relocated and expanded the Los Angeles self-operated warehouse to 180,000 square feet.

Established the South China Branch in Guangzhou.

Chinese Brands Go-Global Program: Represented a well-known tire brand, achieving annual sales of several million U.S. dollars.

Secured tens of millions of U.S. dollars in strategic investment.

Opened the second self-operated warehouse in Los Angeles.

Opened the second self-operated warehouse in New Jersey.

Launched the Satellite Warehouse Network Program.

Established the Southwest China Branch in Chengdu.

Initiated the Group restructuring process.

Opened a self-operated warehouse in Savannah.

The total area of satellite warehouses reached 1 million square feet.

Chinese Brands Go-Global Program: Established strategic cooperation with competent authorities of several manufacturing industry clusters and launched overseas marketplaces for industrial belts.

Relocated and expanded the first self-operated warehouse in New Jersey to 500,000 square feet.

The total area of self-operated warehouses reached 2 million square feet.

Relocated the South China Branch to Shenzhen.

Established the North China Branch in Beijing.

Chinese Brands Go-Global Program: Represented a well-known lighting products brand.

Chinese Brands Go-Global Program: Represented a well-known photovoltaic products brand.

Upgraded the Chinese Brands Go-Global Program into a cross-border industrial internet platform.
