Cost Accountant Salary:
RMB 5,000–7,000/month
Job Responsibilities
Prepare monthly settlement statements based on each quotation sheet.
Job Requirements
1. Proficiency in office spreadsheet software, including WPS and Excel;
2. Generate system invoices in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the company’s standardized settlement procedures to support online account reconciliation and verification;
3. Maintain a strong service mindset and proactively resolve issues raised by agents and other reconciliation teams;
4. Review and maintain system pricing during the settlement process, analyze the causes of billing errors, and report issues to supervisors in a timely manner to support effective cost control;
5. Conduct timely quotation comparisons for all agents and channel distributors.
Ocean Freight Last-Mile Dispatching Specialist
Salary: RMB 4,000–9,000/month
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for U.S. ocean freight operations, including order receiving, container pickup, container devanning, delivery arrangement, and cargo tracking;

Assist ocean freight operators with waybill creation, devanning document preparation, data entry, and other daily tasks;

Coordinate container pickup scheduling and arrangements;

Monitor cargo transshipment status and coordinate communications with overseas agents.
Operations Specialist
Salary: RMB 5,000–7,000/month
Job Responsibilities

Coordinate communications between U.S. overseas warehouses and clients.

Maintain customer-facing systems and ensure their normal operation.

Calculate and process customer data.

Follow up on customer shipment arrangements and the overall logistics process.

Day shift: 9:00–18:00, weekends off.

Urgent hiring for night shift: 00:00–08:30.
