Cost Accountant 5-7k
Job Responsibilities
Prepare monthly settlement statements based on each quotation.
Job requirements:
1. Proficient in spreadsheet software such as WPS and EXCEL;
2. Generate system invoices in a timely and accurate manner according to the company's settlement procedures to facilitate online reconciliation and timely verification;
4. Possess a strong service-oriented mindset and proactively address issues raised by agents and other reconciliation points;
5. During the settlement process, check the system price maintenance status, analyze the reasons for fee settlement errors, and promptly report to superiors for effective control;
6. Promptly compare quotes from various agents and distributors.
Shipping tail-end dispatcher 4-9k
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for handling US ocean freight, receiving orders, and arranging container pickup, unpacking, delivery, and cargo tracking;
2. Assist ocean freight operators in completing tasks including waybill preparation, container unpacking documentation preparation, and data entry;
3. Responsible for the scheduling and arrangement of cabinet pickups;
4. Track the transfer of goods and coordinate with agents.
Operations Specialist 5-7K
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure effective coordination between the US overseas warehouse and customers.
2. Maintain the system operation of the client.
3. Customer data accounting and processing
4. Follow up on customer shipments and processes.
5. 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends off
